Default Can't View Html's Error Message

When I try to view an HTML file with 'pictures', I get the folowing message:

"Some pictures have been blocked to help prevent
the sender from identifying your computer. Open this
item to view the pictures."

I open the file and see all that 'surrounds' the pictures I want to view,
but not the pictures themselves.

Any detailed suggestions would be appreciated.
