Yesterday I telephoned Microsoft to activate (for the 1000th time!) MS
Office. There was a long long pause then a voice said "I'm sorry, sir, all our systems are down at the moment". I fell about laughing. |

You have to think of how many other people are doing the same, though. Although they should have seen it coming. Same thing happened with RC1 & RC2 activation.
