*hello sir, please i need help i have a laptop toshiba x86 32bit 1gb ram.. and i am facing blue screen stop crash after finishing loading and entering the desktop and during the loading of drivers and program on the desktop. the blue screen says briefly : a problem has been detected and windows had been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer . if this first time ...follow this steps: check to be sure you have adequate disk space if a driver is identified in the stop message disable the driver or check the manfuacturer for driver update. try chaning video adapters. check with hardware vendor for any bios updates. disable bios memory options such cashing or shadowing. technical information: stop : 0x0000008e ( 0xc0000005 , 0x89c6324e , ox8f26e070 , 0x00000000 ) i checked the problem reports and it is as follows: problem signature *problem event name: bluescreen os version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3 locale id: 1033 *files that help describe the problem (some files may no longer be available) *mini070509-07.dmp sysdata.xml version.txt view a temporary copy of these files *warning: *if a virus or other security threat caused the problem, opening a copy of the files could harm your computer. *extra information about the problem *bccode: 1000008e bcp1: c0000005 bcp2: 8a1851ff bcp3: 970db060 bcp4: 00000000 os version: 6_0_6000 service pack: 0_0 product: 768_1 server information: abd7d1a8-4f3e-4f61-92d8-a3b910c9fdd2 the thing is it is working in safe mode without any problem and i tried to follow the which driver problem to disable it and i made several restore to the system to previous dates but still i couldn't find where the problem so please i need your advice in what to do. does formating and reinstaling the vista premium solve this problem? or is it memory problem or graphics problem . for info i am facing lagging in the interface of the pc. please sir i need your explanation for the exact problem and your advise. thank you in anticipation. -- Mrfreddy |

Well i made tracing to the error in the event log viewer and i found this error which causing the crash and the failure in the : COM+ Event System Log Name: Application Source: Microsoft-Windows-EventSystem Date: 7/7/2009 10:48:22 AM Event ID: 4609 Task Category: Event System Level: Error Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer: freddy-PC Description: The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during its internal processing.
