Hi Folks, I went through the other threads on Limited Connectivity issues but it was not of much use in solving this issue. I have a Toshiba laptop running Vista professional. I am the administrator as well. Whenever I shift networks, say from office to home, i get a limited connectivity message. Diagnose and Repair does not solve it. This also happens even if the power goes off and the router restarts. ipconfig /flushdns or release or renew says that this command required elevation or gives me a media disconnected message. The only way it works is by restarting the laptop every time I get a limited connectivity message which is a pain. Any pointers will be appreciated. Thanks, -- Saiki ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Saiki's Profile: http://forums.techarena.in/members/112483.htm View this thread: http://forums.techarena.in/windows-v...rk/1209837.htm http://forums.techarena.in |

start-programs-accessories. right-click "command prompt" and select "run as administrator". it may not solve your problem, but should get rid of the error message. -- kword88 |
