We have Vista Business desktops on a Win2003 AD Domain.
There are a few users that when they attempt to login they get a blank desktop and a message saying Access Denied to the Recycle Bin. Except it is another uses Recycle Bin. It is always the same Recycle Bin that they all attempt to access. It also copies all documents from that other users profile to the documents folder of the users attempting to log in. I have checked GPO for correct redirection settings and also RSoP, but all seems fine. This is only happening for about 6 users out of over 500 users on the network. I have tried eveything I can think of and Googled every possible idea, but nothing! I have 2 XP computers still connected and all is fine if these users log onto through XP. It is only a Vista profile issue. I have even deleted one of these users and then recreated them. Everything seems OK, then a few days later the problem reappeared. Most users are not affected and new users seem OK. Any suggestions? |
