Default User Account Recovery

I deleted my primary administrator account in error. Luckily I was in a
second administrator account at the time. My user account settings and files
are still there nevertheless. How do I reinstate that account again - it has
all my Windows Mail messages etc.

Thanks in advance

The best way is my opinion fully reset password -there are many freeware
tools which do that (see also
http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/10...-password.html
)-Unfortunately will be problem with freeware tool for password recovey
-theoreticaly is Orphrack but this tool have bug in this option

There is commercial tool which do that without any problem *ElcomSoft
System Recovery -*'ElcomSoft System Recovery : Forgot administrator
password? Replace or recover it' (http://www.elcomsoft.com/esr.html)

*You should be able to copy those files to your Second Admin Account and
use them from there.*
