How can i Underclock ?

Hi guys i own a Hp Pavilion tx2000 Notebook Pc. My processor is a AMD
Turion(tm)
64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-62 2.10GHz with Vista 32-bit Operating
System. Any idea how can i Underclock my Cpu ? I know that in the BIOS
it is locked is there any way i can unlock it ?
