Limited download speed on vista to 120mbit
I have this problem, I have download speed 120mbit and upload 600mbit on
vista and when I reboot It to xp it can run around 400mbit, so I suspect something might be limiting download speed, is there a way to find out if anything is limiting network speed in vista?

Are you sure you don't have that the wrong way round? Unless you have a dedicated Internet gateway on SSDL, NO ISP gives you a greater upload speed than download.

Are you talking about Internet or some thing else? 400Mb/sec. sounds more like LAN transfer on Giga Local Network rather that Internet service. Jack (MS, MVP-Networking). "Cpy" wrote in message ...
