Hi, I have an ASUS laptop (see link for specs) http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....2180440 29604 Here are the performance scores from Windows Experience Index: Processor: 4.9 Memory (RAM): 5.0 Graphics: 3.4 Gaming Graphics: 4.6 Primary Hard Disk: 5.4 I don't understand how my "graphics" can have a score of 3.4 when the gaming graphics is 4.6...(I have a Nvidia 9300 GS 512Mb). How can I improve this score? I already have the latest driver for the card -- allen9190 |

Here are the performance scores from Windows Experience Index:
Processor: 4.9 Memory (RAM): 5.0 Graphics: 3.4 Gaming Graphics: 4.6 Primary Hard Disk: 5.4 I don't understand how my "graphics" can have a score of 3.4 when the gaming graphics is 4.6...(I have a Nvidia 9300 GS 512Mb). The two measurements are different. graphics is for 2-D and gaming graphics is 3-D. Video cards today are optimized for 3-D graphics sometimes at the expense of 2-D. Since you already have the latest driver, the only way to improve your score is to get a better graphics card. Tom Lake |
