Default Vista Business, IIS and Anonymous access

Hi,

I'm having some troubles making my FTP site accessible - in FTP site's
properties window, "security accounts" tab I checked "Allow only anonymous
connections". Windows firewall is configured so that FTP access is not
blocked. And still, it is impossible to access my FTP site - everytime an
Anonymous user tries to log in, he gets an error message "530 User ABCXYZ
cannot log in.". What's wrong?
