Default Administraor lost Password

I have just changed my admin password for my vista ans now I cant
remember it. I haven't written it down, no recovery disc and no other
Admin account.. I do have one standered account though. I also have read
Brink's guide and my only option is 3 but I really don't want to do that
as it really restricts the account. I have and idea of the password
though and I tried all the forms of it I possibly can, but I still can't
log in.

There is only ONE way it can be fixed. The first URL is where you get
the basic idea and download the ISO file that you must burn to a CD
using a burning program that specializes in such burning, like
ImgBurn. Unfortunately, you'd better have one on your system, because
to install one, you will need your password.

Anyway... here are two URLs... the first to download, the second is a
detailed description of what you do with the CD you burn.
