short Start menu
Vista Home premium 32 bit SP1, WM/WLM
Once a while when I clicked on Start button, a SHORT start menu popped up. I had to re-click again to get the ' full ' size Start menu. Has it happened to anyone ? t-4-2

No, right click is for other purposes. Not for Start menu.
