Gentlemen:
When I download and install Windows updates I normally restart my computer. Often when I do this, during the restart, I get the message "Preparing your desktop". When my Desktop appears it is the configuration is was when I first got the computer 2 years ago. All my personalizing is gone. Is there any way to stop this from happening? TIA Drew |
