Also having the same problem. Frustrating considering this software is

Hello I finally know where the problem come from:
If you have nero software, just uninstall it and the problem solve. I uninstalled Nero and it didn't help.

I updated my Nero 7 Ultra Edition software today to the latest release and it
corrected the lifecam crashing issue and a Windows Host Process (rundll32) error when accessing the Dreamscene preview. Same here. I installed version 7.7.5.1 and it fixed the crashing issue with
LifeCam. I wonder if uninstalling didn't remove everything . . .
