CPU usage 100%
This smells like a bug doesnt it?
Yes. Opening any Windows Vista or IE7 Browser dialog takes 15-25 seconds to open my CPU goes to 100% I'm running Vista Business on a Gigabyte Mobo 2.0 Ghz P4 / 2 GB RAM / 256MB GeForce 6600 / System lowest Vista rating of 3.1 (the CPU) and it's a vanilla install ofVista. Microsoft Help
