dark screen
please forgive me as im a newbe to this problem is when booting laptop all i get is a dark screen desktop is just visible i have to close lid few times to get screen to reappear any help with this problem would be great thank you running windows vista home premium sp2 -- shelly123

Hi,
By a "dark screen", do you mean that you get a black screen with a flashing cursor or a a dull black screen with nothing on it?
