Default How to share local folder with specific user on other machine?

I want to share the contents of one of my folders ONLY with a specific user
on another machine. I've looked at Microsoft documentation but so far it
hasn't seemed to work. I tried sharing the "Downloads" folder, but what
happened is that other people on the network got read/write access to my
whole "Users" folder! Is there a way to achieve this?

Hi
Instead of using the Download Folder as is, make under C:\ a separate
director name something like My Downloads, configure it as you like, and
copy the files that you want to share into it.
