Default Vista Fax Settings - Unable to name a save location for received fax

Using Vista Business sp2
Windows Fax and Scan service automatic and running
Brother MFC-8220 multifunction

Send and receive work OK
I am unable to save a copy of the incoming faxes to my desktop.

This function is usually available at:
ToolsFax SettingsGeneralMore OptionsSave a copy to:

After a folder location is entered, a save attempt is not allowed. Message
says to contact fax administrator or try again later.

This has nothing to do with WFS. WFS does not use or support AIO devices. It
uses analog fax modems. You need to contact support for your AIO device.
