Default Sharing Printers

I have 2 computers in a network. Each connected to its own printer. Files
from each computer can be accessed at both computer. It works great. I can
share the printers from one of the computers. However, I cannot share the
printers from the other computer I hope my explanation is clear. Should
it be possible to share printers from each of the computers? XP on each
computer.

configured on the client computer (the one without the printer) as a
Networked printer and its Drivers.
