Default Lost the Download Dialog box

You know that dialog box that pops up when you start a download asking
if you want to "RUN" or "SAVE" the file?

Well there is a little check box on that dialog to ask if you want this
question each time.

That box got UNCHECKED by accident

And I can't find the control to restore it.

Does anyone know how to restore this dialog box?

Thank you,

Richard..

System Restore, will reset the system files to a working condition.
When you foul up the system by hitting the wrong key or whatever, it will
repair it for you.
If you need more help than that, you need to take it back to the store.

Are you for real? Do a complete "System Restore" to do what amounts to a
simple registry edit???
