Save it, close all windows/prog�ams open, and run as admin.

Once the download completes close all open programs and browse�s.

Temporarily disable your anti-virus application.
Now run the downloaded file [ n the edition of Windows is Vista, then
*�ight* click it and choose 'Run as administrator'. Follow the prompts
to allow it to run ].

Follow all prompts then reboot TWICE.

See if that improves on the behavior in future.

but I'm not sure where it resided.
I've re-enable it and in Servivces WD is set to Automatic but this did not
put the item back into the startup.
What is the path and the registry key that WD is in?
