The quality of the help received is dependent on the time and effort you use
to ask your question. No one can help you if you don't provide enough information. Please don't try to put the entire question in the subject; do use the body of the message (that huge white area) to describe the problem. Tell us what happens; copy and paste error messages. You can get quick and easy help by looking at the help information for your email services provider. You probably want to look at: http://help.optuszoo.com.au/learning/email "tompam" wrote in message ... |

The answer to someone else's problem is the same regardless of what email client I use. I assume that "the middle icon" is the community content stuff. Most people don't use it; it is too buggy. I think that restore points are not relevant for most email problems. |

Sam - it looks like Richc46 just posted his answer to the wrong post - I
think he's trying to let the Op know we need his email provider (not client) .. . . . . "Sam Hobbs" wrote in message ... "richc46" wrote in message ... Perhaps so, but the only person that can say so is Richard. I think Richard
missed the mark on another reply also. So if you are correct, then it will help Richard to understand that that happened. The comment about a restore point is probably in Richard's signature, and it might be important in other groups, but in this group, especially due to the abundance of non-technical people, the comment about restore points might be more confusing than helpful.
