Default Windows Mail send...

I can not send e-mail with picture (jpg) attached. Error message is below.
Please help.

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '. Subject 'Fw:
Emailing: IMG_1463', Account: 'pop-server.sc.rr.com', Server:
'smtp-server.sc.rr.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '501 5.5.2 RCPT TO
syntax error', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 501, Error Number:
0x800CCC79

The address that you are trying to send to is malformed it has an extra ""
preceding the address, '. remove it and then send.
