hi
My windows mail is linked with my website and up until about a week ago it
was receiving my website mail with no problems.
I then received a welcome email from windows mail and ever since, I have not
been receiving my mail. I have checked this by sending a message to my self
from my hot mail account and as I thought, it didnt arrive. I did not select
ption to leave copy of messages on my website email account so have no clue
if clients are trying or have tried to email me.
Please help
ps I have tried all the proceedures on the help options
Dan

We really can't offer much help with so little information . . . . Are you
getting any error messages that you can copy and paste into your post? Have
you turned ON the leave a copy on the server to see if you get your messages
in the webmail? Are the messages in your SENT folder? Can you ask someone
outside of your email system (a friend, client, etc.) to send you some test
emails? Have you rebooted your system or restarted Windows Live Mail?

Your problem statement is not very clear.
If your Windows Mail is no longer downloading your hosted website
emails, then those emails should be accessible via webmail.

Try this: Delete that mail account in Windows Mail, restart Windows Mail,
then recreate that account.
