Default Realtek

I have deleted something that is causing my realtek to work properly,i how
can i reinstall the whole program, i reinstalled the driver, it says it is
working properly, i checked to see if the pugl was in the right hole in the
back of my computer, and it is in the right place, i bought my computer brand
new, realtek was playing sound, are there more parts to the realtek besides
the driver, i tried to do a clean reboot with my disk, but i forgot to save
everything,that was already on the computer, i really need some helppppp

Ok need more info on this like motherboard type and name cpu ,hd, os
system,

computer name brand .

that is not the computer name that is the sound card maker & name . if
he doesn't know the brand of the mother board he wont be able to get the
right drivers .

on the front of the computer is a name what does it read ?
