How do I turn on the Windows Explorer bar that has "File Edit View Tools
Help" on it? TIA, Paul

Tools- Toolbars and click Menu Bar.

There is no "tools" - that is what is missing...

Actually, it's a W7 laptop.

Press and release Alt. The menu bar will appear temporarily and you can
