SUDDENLY MY WINDOWS ARE NOT TRANSPARENT ANY MORE

AND WHEN I TRY TO ENABLE TRANSPARENCY THE NORMAL WAY, THIS COMES UP

PLEASE HELP ME CUSTOMIZE MY WINDOWS...
PLEASE MAKE IT TRANSPARENT LIKE IT WAS BEFORE.

Default About Vista transparency

Hi,

Control Panel/Personalize/Themes, make sure Windows Vista is selected.

If it's not available, click start and type in services.msc. Hit enter to
open the dialog. Locate the Themes service and click on it. Click on the
start/restart option in the left column. Once restarted, revisit the Themes
dialog as described in the first step.
