Default Turning UAC Back On

I have Vista Home Premium. I turned off User Account Control on a
standard
account by removing the check mark in the box "User Account Control."
I
now wish to turn it back on. However, when you put the check mark back
in
the UAC box and exit the screen and then go back the check mark is no
longer
in the User Account Control box. How do I reactivate the UAC for this
standard user?

Hello Steve,

UAC is a system wide setting that affects all user accounts. It can only
be turned on or off while logged in as an administrator instead.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
