emails not on server
I got a new Motorola Droid and have set it up to receive my emails (it was
done at the Verizon store) Ever since then, the emails are streaming straight through to my phone and not accessible on my laptop. I have gone into the account options and checked "save a copy of email on server until deleted from inbox", but I still cannot access any of my emails on my laptop. Any ideas? Thanks!! -- KimB |

Who is the mail service provider?
Some don't honor the "leave copy on server" setting. -- Gary VanderMolen, Microsoft MVP (Mail) Microsoft MVP program: http://mvp.support.microsoft.com "KimB" wrote in message ... Make sure both the Droid and Windows Mail are configured for

You need to configure the Droid to leave the messages on the server.
RR will honor that setting. -- Dave N. MS-MVP (Mail) Windows 7 Ultimate http://download.live.com/wlmail "KimB" wrote in message ... The Droid is configured with "Never" for when to delete e-mail from server,
and RR is also configured to not delete until I remove it. I'm at a total loss. :-( -- KimB "Dave" wrote: You need to configure the Droid to leave the messages on the server. Since the problem started when you began using the Droid, it seems
that the Droid is not honoring that 'Never' setting. I suggest you consult a forum for Droid users. This is not something you can fix by a Windows Mail setting. -- Gary VanderMolen, Microsoft MVP (Mail) Microsoft MVP program: http://mvp.support.microsoft.com "KimB" wrote in message ...
