E-mails
I am using Windows Vista and Windows Mail. most of my e-mails are OK but
recently I have been getting the sound notification of a new message and the note at the bottom of the 'mail'page saying I have 1 new message but it is no where to be seen. I have checked 'deleted', 'junk mail' and all my message rules but I cannot solve this problem which has only just started in the last few days. Can any one help please. |

You might find that it is buried and hidden within a conversation? This normally happens following moving a message from the junk folder to the folder it should have gone into originally? Alt, V, V, G should reveal it if the above is the case. Or Viewcurrent viewdisable group messages by conversation. HTH? -- Regards Steve. MS-MVP. MAIL. [DTS] UK. http://www.getsafeonline.org/ |
