How can you make Windows remember the folders setting PERMENANTLY

Every time that I reboot it lost the size and type of every single folder,
and also the top bar is empty except for the NAME option so I have to redo
every single folder which take something like 2 hours so that I could be
functional again

BTW it even lose the view settings for MY COMPUTER window

Thank You in Advance
Merci a l'avance

If I recall correctly:
Delete the keys Bags and BagMRU in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local
Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell

Log off.
Open any folder, close it and rename the new key that was created in any
of the 4 possible locations from above to: AllFolders
