Default USB Over Current Error!

What do you mean by unplugging the usb ports? There is nothing hooked up
to the usb ports. Do you mean by disabling the usb ports in device
manager?

Parman,
Inside your PC case are your ports soldered to the motherboard or do
they have cables that go to the ports which you plug your devices into?

If the latter, temporarily disconnect the cable and boot to see if the
problem still exists.
