Diagnostic Policy Service
Is there any way to reinstall the administrative tools without having to reinstall Vista? I had a Trojan and now I have some services that I can't start. The Diagnostic Policy Service will not start either automatic or manual. There are a couple more not working but the diagnostic is the most important.
