Did you lose Outlook? You can reinstall (repair) Office to get that back.

Your PST files should be imported using Outlook. Windows Mail replaces Outlook EXPRESS. Outlook should come with MS Office. If it's missing, you can just reinstall that suite (or just do a custom install and install Outlook). So, you can't import the PST files into Windows Mail. And installing Outlook Express wouldn't fix the problem, as it wouldn't read them either. The only solution to that would be to install Outlook and import the files from there. Hope this helps.
