Default Hiding available updates in Windows Update

Is there a way of hiding the available Windows Vista Ultimate Language Packs
in Windows update that i dont' wish to install?

Default Hiding available updates in Windows Update

Yes. Click 'View available updates'.
In the list, right click the ones you don't want to see and choose 'Hide
Update'.
