Check the permissions for the printer - it not just have to be shared out,
but it should have the proper permissions for you to connect to it. -- Regards, Yuriy This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. Hi Gay,
To add to Yuriy's suggestion, here's some information about printer permissions that might help: - What are printer permissions? http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Win...018641033.mspx - If you run into any issues which changing the printer permissions, see Why can't I change the printer properties? http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Win...8881f1033.mspx I also found this post which describes a way to add printer drivers to your Vista PC. It seemed to work for the same situation that you describe. Hope this helps: http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/...8527 #1378527 Regards, -- Cynthia Wargin Windows User Assistance team Microsoft Corporation "Yuriy Shkolnikov [MSFT]" wrote in message ...
