Default usb 1.1 device

hardware ids:
USB\VID_0979&PID_0227&REV_0100
USB\VID_0979&PID_0227
i have 32-bit windows vista home premium
i tried the manufacturers site and they didnt have any drivers
also comes up as usb 1.1 device
