Unknown error deleted mail box is empty but shows it has mail
It says I have over 800 deleted messages, but when I open the deleted folder
it is empty. When I right click and empty, it gives me the unknown error. I reinstalled Live, but that did not help.

Not sure which email program you are talking about, but the forum to which you posted is dedicated to supporting the Windows Mail program.
