Hi. I can't send/receive emails. It is not recognizing my internet
connection. When I go to the connections, it is telling me that it is already connected. It seems that it isn't recognizing my connection. It started yesterday when I was trying to send an email and it was asking for a password and logon. |

It would have been helpful if you had told us what type of Internet
connection you DO have. Assuming broadband rather than dial-up: Go to Tools, Accounts, select your mail account, Properties, Connection. What does it show for connection? You should leave that setting unselected, in which case Windows Mail will use whatever connection IE uses. Also, under Tools, Options, Connection, the first box should be checked, and the second box unchecked. If all that checks out, but you still have the problem, the account may be corrupted. Delete the account, restart Windows Mail, then recreate the account.
