All of a sudden, when I try to view/listen to a video clip either stored on my hard drive or from an Internet site, there is no sound. The volume is turned up. Regular sounds can be heard from the built in speakers.... little sounds you hear when logging on and off, etc. Even when I use my Logitech headset - no sound from anything video. Recently had the following errors when I tried scanning: Uniblue Driver Scanner 2009 Setup Error Error: Code 80070005 Never had this problem before. I'm a female retiree....and although not a techie whiz....I can follow instructions pretty well if anyone has any ideas that might help. I teach a public speaking class, so I download videos from a Sony digital video camera. That way I can view the speeches a second time at home and grade them, as well as make a DVD for each student.
