I have Vista RC1 and an HP960c printer. I can print pages from IE, but when
I print from MSWord, MSMoney, or a PDF a message appears indicating no printer is installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and a test page looked great, but I still get the message. I checked the HP website for an updated driver and they reported the driver was in the operating system. Can you help ? Thanks. |

Have your tried going to Printers and adding your printer manually? I had to
do this for my HP usb printer. "Shannon" wrote in message ... I have Vista RC1 and an HP960c printer. AMOI Does VISTA allow you to look for drivers as one could in XP -- so
that you could say to it "Use this HP 912C driver" for example? With XP and earlier you could use the default listing of what it thought was OK or you could say let me choose from everything you have. TIA |
