Default Vista 64bit very slow WLAN connection

Hi,

Hopefully someone could help me and possible people with same problem
to solve this problem.
I have Vista 64bit with WL-138g v2 WLAN card and Buffalo Airstation
Wbmr-G125.
The internet connection has been good until this September. I don't
know is it because of some Windows updates or what. At first I had also
problem to get connection work but buying current wlan card and router
helped the problem. (Vista still seems to have serious connection
problems according the hit count of similar problems in forums)

Now the symptoms are following.
1. I Start the computer and log in to my account.
2. Earlier internet connection was rapidly created full connection tray
icon was shown. Now it takes at least couple of minutes to get connected
to internet. To establish connection between router and Internet takes
1-2 minutes.
3. Connection speed is slow. ~200-800kbps. For short periods it might
be 2-8Mbps but it will slow down back to slow speed.

If I create connection using my Nokia phones data package I get faster
connection.
