No idea what my problem is. But think it has something to do with networking.

Default No idea what my problem is. But think it has something to do with networking.

I have no idea what is wrong with my computer so I am not sure if this
is the right place or not for this forum.
When starting my computer, once I log in I get an error message "Host
process for windows services stopped working and was closed". In Network
and Sharing Centre, Public Folder Sharing is off and when I attempt to
turn it on I get another error message saying "RPC server is
unavailable". Everything else in Network and Sharing Centre is on
though.
When I open Windows Media Player, it tells me "Media sharing is
currently disabled, either because the sharing service is not running or
your firewall settings have changed. To restart sharing, you must first
confirm your sharing settings." I click okay and go through all the
things to turn it on that it wants and it lets me even though it doesn't
really work.
My firewall is not the problem because it was working fine yesterday.
Also when searching for this problem myself when I put in the two error
messages in to Google I only get problems relating to Windows Update,
which I have no problem with, or the Internet not working, which is also
not a problem.
Whatever the problem is, it is also getting rid of Windows Aero theme
and my computer reverts back to the old style of what Windows used to
look like. When I go to change it back it isn't there and I have fixed
it with one of those Windows Fix it thighs which worked fine till I next
reset my computer where it loaded then reverted back again. But even
when Aero is working anything that askes for my permission looks like
and old Window's window.
I have no idea where to even begin. The internet has been no help and I
have run a system restore but that didn't help either. Any suggestions
would be appreciated even if they are a bit simple and seem redundant
because I have no idea.
Thanks and feel free to ask for any information that you might need to
help with the problem.

Run msconfig or open the Task Manager.

On the services tab make sure you have the needed services enabled.

I don't know, but if it was me I would use "trial and error".
