Exactly what do you click on to produce that error message?

Hi
I would suggest to talk to your Wireless provider and find out first if
every thing is OK on their side.
Jack (MS, MVP-Networking).

Thanks for the quick replie.

I have talked to my wireless provider. They say that the error may be
caused by windows. They could not be more specific.

I have tried to reinstall my wireless connection again, and in the end
of the installation the line "command line option syntax error type
command/? for help" shows.

this probably sounds stupid, but sometimes my wireless connection has to
be "reset". I go to the command prompt and type ipconfig /release, then
I type ipconfig /renew
