Vista workgroup block
I recently got my wife a new laptop with win7 64 bit os, i got it set up with my 32 bit vista desktop on our workgroup and the laptop had no problem, easily gaining access to my shared files/can spot my computer no problem. The problem i'm having is that my computer can not see hers in the workgroup AT ALL. I've done the whole google thing, enabled network discovery, etc, i can't start/run/compname to get on hers or anything, i've disabled firewalls, disabled my anti-virus to test it and nothing, any kind of possible hints or tips would be greatly appreciated guys, thanks. Forgot to add that i tested with another win 7 comp to see if mine could spot it and it was the same issue, dunno if its a vista/win 7 problem, or i'm having a hangup on my end. -- jtin01 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ jtin01's Profile: http://forums.techarena.in/members/191630.htm View this thread: http://forums.techarena.in/windows-v...rk/1313017.htm http://forums.techarena.in |
