Reset Network Adapter All the Time
My Acer desktop computer with Vista worked fine hard wired to a
wireless router that connected my HP laptop with Windows 7 until about 3 weeks ago. Now whenever the desktop wakes from sleep mode I have to reset the local network adapter. I have tried setting up a static IP address, updating drivers, using Microsoft FixIt (twice) and just about every suggestion in the web and nothing works. All my devices say they are working fine but it is very irritating to have to reset the network adapter everytime I return to my computer. Any ideas that work? Barb |
