I have Vista Home Premium set up fo the owner (me) as Administrator, and
another user as a "reader". Both setups work well except for the "reader" user not conecting to a "peer to peer" internet program. My Administrator connects and uses the program fine. I have tested with the Wndows Firewall on or off; no difference. Any thoughts? Thanks
