Default Can't Establish connection error

Connects to wireless network router but
won't go the further step to connect to the internet. I get a message
in
diagnose connection problems like this: "www.google.com" is not set up
to
establish a connection on port "World Wide Web service (HTTP)" with
this
computer.

I've read the suggestions about removing nortons but I don't have
Nortons, running a Toshiba Satellite with Vista, AVG, Zonealarm. When
this happens no browsers will work, Chrome, firefox, or IE. Sometimes it
will not work for days.
