Default White screen dual boot help

Hello, sorry that my first post is something that has probably been
discussed before. I did do a quick search, read through about 5
threads but nothing really pertained to my particular problem.

I recently installed Windows 7 on my HP desktop. I had no problems for
about 48 hours, but we just bought a new Linksys router and after the
installation of the router cd it seems that when I boot up my Vista Home
Premium I get a white screen for about 10 sec after it shows the windows
icon. I was scared at first to not be able to access any of the stuff
from Vista, but I was patient and it does eventually show my desktop. I
have the partitions in my hard drives set up correctly, and as I stated
before had no problems the prior 48 hours until I installed the Linksys
cd. All help will be great appreciated.

HP Desktop currently looks like this (hope it helps)
3GB of Ram
2 x 300 GB hard drives
Running Vista 32 bit, and windows 7 32 bit
Amd dual core processor.

Thanks guys/gals!!
Matt Ferguson
