Hey, Thanks for your reply. I downloaded all up dates for deskjet and any fixes.Ran ascan chack and all drivers up to date.I scaned files to my computer no problems,I printed test print,no problems. enable the Informational events on the Print Folder, File, Server Properties, Advanced page at a command prompt or on at Start Run printui /s /t4 Now print something and check for event 10 in the system event log. I would expect this if this is a newer laptop without a parallel port. But
